Products

All products are hand made to our own designs. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of the product and not considered faults.

Some products may be made to order or custom sized based on measurements provided by the customer.

Ordering

When you place an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate, including delivery address and any measurements supplied for custom items.

Once an order has been accepted and production has begun, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.
