At PlantPothangers.co.uk, we take great care to ensure our handmade products arrive in perfect condition. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Custom-Made Items

Many of our plant pot hangers are made to order or custom sized.

Because of this, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

A custom-made item includes any product:

• Made to customer-provided measurements, or

• Made specifically on request rather than from standard stock

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For non-custom items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• A return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@plantpothangers.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions

Refunds

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method

• Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Return Postage

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or sent in error

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs, where possible

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.
